Topic: Ways to speed up weight loss-
tinap1, Jun 15 2009 6:22 pm37 words

I'm in a wedding in a couple of months and want to ramp up my weight loss efforts to look good in my dress. Does anyone have advice on how to do this in a healthy way?

I understand your wanting to look good in your dress and yes I am a man. Diets and tricks really do work for weight loss but a consistent dietary lifestyle will be most rewarding for you. Making some very minor adjustments that yield about a pound a week loss are very encouraging and easy to maintain. Your wedding date is a couple of months off? Add the weeks and multiply by one. A wedding is stressful but not as stressful as losing a bunch of weight quickly and then seeing it slowly sneak back on in the first few months of married life.

Good morning,

The best and most reliable way to loose weight and keep it off is by developing healthy eating habits and the incorporation of physical activity. I am sure you can do it! Also, remember to love yourself and take care of your body!!
Best wishes!
