I'm concerned about my bone health and would like to boost my calcium and vitamin D consumption through a healthy diet. What other types of foods besides dairy are good for this?
My doctor advised me to take Calcium with Vit D 1200 mg a day. I also take additional 500mg of Vitamin D. I feel great.
