Topic: sleep and blood sugar control-
LynnGr, May 13 2009 9:12 am50 words

I know we're supposed to get about 7 hours of sleep each night, but I just read that people who get fewer than 6 hours of sleep most nights are 4.5 times more likely to develop abnormal blood sugar levels. Is sleep an important part of your self care plans?
