Topic: books on carb counting-

I know we've talked about counting carbs as a method to control blood sugar before. I'm looking for some good books on this topic. Any suggestions?

the best book I ve found so far to help with controlling carbs and diabetes is 500 low carb recipes by Dana Carpender. Very good book, it explains how carbs and sugar go hand in hand as well as has some great recipes.

I am new here so this may be a little late, but I take insulin and need to count carbs for everything and I learned how to do that with a book from the American Diabets Association called "Counting Carbs made Easy". It is an easy read and easy to understand. It also has some carb counts for some foods.
