Topic: Hitting a plateau?-
tinap1, Mar 5 2009 2:30 pm40 words

For a couple of weeks now, I've been working out religiously and following my diet plan, but haven't seen the scale go down at all! Has this happened to anyone else? When would I know if I hit a plateau?

I think plateaus happen to everyone at some point. I've heard that if you don't lose weight for 2-3 weeks in a row, then you're in a plateau. It's a good time to review food choices and activity levels, and make some changes to get started losing weight again.

It's also a way for your skin to adjust. I'd rather hit a few weeks of a plateau than have extra skin hanging around.
