Because I work at home, I'm always looking for ways to incorporate fitness into my daily work routine. I've recently begun sitting on a stability ball while typing on the computer and during conference calls. I even do a few sets of sit-ups in between e-mails and calls. After a few weeks of doing this, I was surprised to discover that the waist of my jeans was looser and I have more muscle tone in my belly. Does anyone have other tips to share? |
