Topic: Incorporating fitness into a daily work routine-
tinap1, Feb 23 2009 4:36 pm84 words

Because I work at home, I'm always looking for ways to incorporate fitness into my daily work routine. I've recently begun sitting on a stability ball while typing on the computer and during conference calls. I even do a few sets of sit-ups in between e-mails and calls. After a few weeks of doing this, I was surprised to discover that the waist of my jeans was looser and I have more muscle tone in my belly. Does anyone have other tips to share?

Try going for a walk or run when the weather is warmer for a break in work.

I love the idea of sitting on a stability ball! I'm going to have to try that. I work on the ground floor in our home, but the bedrooms are one floor up, and the laundry is in the basement. Going up and down flights of stairs can add up to quite a few steps!
