Topic: Cost-effective, weight loss food-
tinap1, Feb 11 2009 9:35 am91 words

It is estimated that Americans spend about thirty billion dollars a year on weight loss products, many of which don't even work. I'm convinced that a better way to get real results is to hit the grocery store and stock your cart with superfoods such as beans, eggs, tofu, vinegar, nuts, cinnamon, green tea and high fiber cereal. These are foods that are supposed to help with weight loss efforts. Does anyone have other tips to share on cost-effective foods I can buy to curb my appetite and stop sugar cravings?
