Topic: Toning exercises using household items-

I've been putting my leftover cans of pumpkins and yams to good use lately; as a way to burn fat! I use them for arm-toning exercises while I'm watching my TV shows at night and I've actually started to see a difference after doing this for about a month. Does anyone else have simple ways to tone up using things we have lying around the house?

A trainer once suggested that I do squats while I'm brushing my teeth. I've tried it a few times! This same trainer also recommended doing sit-ups during commercials when watching TV shows. That can add up to a LOT of sit-ups!
