Should I bring a family member or friend with me to my diabetes education class at the hospital? Has this helped you keep your blood sugar levels in control?

I went by myself and ran into an old friend which was a nice part of the night. Just make sure that if you take a friend they will be interested. It is a lot to take in. My class was very good and I came away with a lot of information. I must admit it is a little confusing getting started, but I am sure it will get better.

You're right that there's a lot of information presented in these classes. It must have been fun to run into a friend!
