Topic: The blame game-

The whole process of weight loss can be such a challenge. One of my main struggles is that I tend to blame others around me or circumstances when I gain extra weight or haven't been able to make the progress that I want. I know that's a really bad habit and I'm working on accepting responsibility for my failures or setbacks. What are some ways I can work to change my mindset?
