Topic: what do you know about pre-diabetes?-

Today we hear a lot about pre-diabetes, where blood sugars aren't high enough to diagnose actual diabetes, but they're inching up toward that level. Did your doctor ever tell you that you had pre-diabetes? If so, what steps did you take to decrease your risk of developing diabetes? If you were never diagnosed with pre-diabetes, do you think it would have made a difference in how you approached diabetes?
