Topic: What about salt in foods?-
LynnGr, Nov 7 2008 3:03 pm82 words

People with diabetes spend a lot of time thinking about carbohydrate: how much is in food, how much we want to eat, how much to eat to balance our blood sugar levels. Do you ever think about the amount of salt you consume? Eating more sodium, found in table salt, can make blood pressure levels worse if you have high blood pressure. Does salt intake get lost in your daily food choices, or do you pay attention to the amount you eat?
