Topic: Getting the most out of microwave cooking-
tinap1, Oct 22 2008 2:05 pm97 words

It's easy to become dependent on our microwaves for cooking our meals. Especially while at work or after a long work day, but eating too many heavily processed foods can leave you short on fiber and antioxidants. Some ways to combat this include making a fresh salad with a microwave dinner or serving it with a whole grain roll.

Do you cook a lot of microwave meals? If so, how do you build fresh produce and grains into your diet?

Were you aware that eating a lot of microwave prepared foods can potentially deplete their nutritional benefit?
