Topic: Super juices-
LynnGr, Oct 20 2008 4:29 pm85 words

There's an explosion of fruit juice in the grocery stores, and it's not your old familiar apple, grape, or orange juice. Pomegranate, acai, mangosteen and goji juice are today's "super juices," supposedly better for us than regular juice because of their antioxidant content. Yet these juices, even when 100% fruit juice, still contain carbohydrate. Have you incorporated any of these new juices into your daily food choices? How do you trade off the carbohydrate in these juices to keep your blood sugar levels under control?
