If you find out the answers to those questions, please let me know! I'm in the same boat. It seems as though every year a couple more unwanted pounds creep on despite everything I'm doing to cut back on calories. I think for me it's exercise and ramping up how frequently and how I work out. I seem to notice that when I'm really active with my exercise regimen, that I can at least keep my weight stable for a while, and not worry so much about counting every carb and calorie. |
