A lot of people incorporate the use of exercise balls into their daily workout routine. Exercise experts claim that the use of stability balls increase core strength that helps people achieve better workouts with less injuries

Do you incorporate stability or other exercise balls into your workout routine?

Do you have any effective exercises to share?

I use a stability ball every time I work out at the gym. It's great not only for core exercises, but sometimes I sit on it when I do upper body work such as military presses. It adds some versatility to the routine.
