Topic: Do you enjoy exercise?-

We all know that regular exercise can help keep blood sugar levels in check and improve overall health. Yet how many people truly love to exercise? Do you wake up in the morning thinking about what fun activities you can fit into your day? Or do you wake up dreading your morning walk and drag your feet getting up? Do you think that we can learn to truly enjoy and look forward to regular activity, or are some of us doomed to a lifetime of hating to exercise?

Absolutely not! But I know that I have to do it, so I go to the gym at least 4-5 times a week for about 2 hours.
