Have you ever heard that drinking dairy products can help you lose weight? The scientific information for this hypothesis isn't very strong, yet some people insist that adding low-fat dairy products such as skim milk or non-fat yogurt to their daily food choices helps them drop a few pounds. Have you found regular use of low-fat dairy products helpful in your personal weight loss strategies?
