Topic: Keeping Your Blood Sugar Levels Stable-
ShelleyN, Sep 18 2008 10:07 pm84 words

Stabilizing blood sugars and keeping them in the proper range after diagnosis is often achieved through a combination of diet, exercise, and medication. Achieving this balance can take some time, however.

Do you feel your blood sugar levels are currently stable and under control? If so, what did you do to achieve this?

How long did it take you to stabilize your blood sugar levels after you were diagnosed?

If they are not currently stable, how long has it been since you were diagnosed?
