Topic: Dealing with the Long Term-
ShelleyN, Sep 18 2008 10:06 pm86 words

Diabetes is a chronic condition, meaning it won't just disappear tomorrow. It's something that has to be dealt with over the long term.

Have you ever gotten down about needing to make changes in your life on a permanent basis?

How do you keep yourself motivated to continue on your diet, testing, medication, and exercise plan over long periods of time?

If you've ever gone off your diabetes care regimen, do you have any tips or tricks for getting back to it? What helps the most?
