Appetite control is an issue I have as well. I do things like drink a big glass of water with lemon before I eat (about 10 to 16 oz), or eat a plateful of greens with a bit of cider or balsamic vinegar on them before I have dinner. Tricks like this really do work. If I take the time to do things like this, I find that I eat much smaller portions. These are also things you can easily build into your daily eating plan to help stretch your food dollars. How often do you shop for food during the week? |
