A good strategy for weight loss is to plan your daily meals and snacks in advance, instead of doing it on the "fly."

Do you plan your meals including snacks in advance? If so, does it work for you?

What does your daily eating plan look like?

Meals sound good and I like list of calories and carbohydrates. However to make the meals for one day takes about 30+ ingredients, which costs about $35 and can only use small amout of each ingredient.
How do you economically buy ingredients for menu plan?

Also I weight 300lb and my problem is appetite control. Has any one tried appetite suppressants Meridia or Adipex?
Do you have other ideas for appetite control?

Appetite control is an issue I have as well. I do things like drink a big glass of water with lemon before I eat (about 10 to 16 oz), or eat a plateful of greens with a bit of cider or balsamic vinegar on them before I have dinner. Tricks like this really do work. If I take the time to do things like this, I find that I eat much smaller portions. These are also things you can easily build into your daily eating plan to help stretch your food dollars. How often do you shop for food during the week?
