Topic: Making sense of study information-
tinap1, Sep 12 2008 8:49 am62 words

It seems like every week a new study is released about what is healthy to eat and what is not. Eat low-carb vs. low-fat; eggs are bad, eggs are good. It's hard to keep it all straight.

What guidelines do you use to decipher conflicting study information?

What prompts you to implement diet recommendations from studies in the media into your lifestyle?
