Topic: Where do you live?-
LynnGr, Sep 10 2008 6:08 pm82 words

Does where you live impact your body weight? If you live in an area where walking to work, the grocery store, library, etc is easy then you're more likely to weigh less than people who live in an area where driving is a must. Just the simple fact of walking to do errands burns enough calories to help keep us at a healthier weight. How walkable is your neighborhood? What changes have you made to increase your walking activity throughout the day?
