Topic: Do you use 100-calorie snack pack foods?-
LynnGr, Aug 28 2008 5:00 pm66 words

100-calorie snack packs seem like a great way to control portion sizes and calories to lose weight, don't they? Yet a recent report from Norway shows that many people eat more than one snack pack at a time and have trouble limiting themselves to single portions. Do you find 100-calorie snack packs helpful? Have you noticed that one pack just isn't enough to satisfy your craving?

I do find that it's hard to eat just one pack. But when I combine it with something else, like string cheese or an apple, it seems to do the trick. One thing I have a hard time remembering with those 100 calorie snacks is that they still have fat and other stuff I need to be aware of, so I try to limit my use of them. They're good when you're on the go, though.

I find that when I eat one of the snack packs, I'm still hungry! I like your idea of pairing it with something else that will be more satisfying.
