People are different and as such, have different body shapes. Some of us need to lose inches in the stomach, while others might feel their problem areas are more in the hips and thighs.

What are the problem areas on your body as you see them?

Do you have any ways of targeting these specific areas?

Can you share some experiences with trying to target a problem body area?
