Topic: Going to the Movies-
ShelleyN, Aug 6 2008 2:15 pm84 words

Going to the movie theater is a great temptation because of the candy and popcorn so readily available. The smells of the foods (especially the popcorn) greet you almost as soon as you enter, enticing you further.

Do you find that the sight and aroma of tempting foods like these test your willpower?

What is the worst temptation like this that you face? How do you handle it?

Do you have any strategies for sticking to your diet and still seeing your favorite movies?

We never buy food at the movies because it costs more than the movie tickets! We either make sure to eat before we go to the movies, or we plan a meal for right after the movie finishes.

Yes, the cost of the snacks in a movie theater are very high. I like the idea of eating ahead of time so when you walk in, you are not hungry.
