Everybody who crosses more than one time zone when traveling deals with jet lag, but if you take insulin you need to take extra precautions. Jet lag may make it more difficult to tell if your blood sugar is high or low. What helps you keep your blood sugar under control when crossing time zones? Please share your favorite tips!
