Topic: Mind/body connection to weight loss-

There's a lot out there about the mind/body connection to weight loss and disease control. The idea is that when you consciously control your thoughts, you can change your self-image and body by imagining it constantly and thinking yourself thin and healthy.

Did you use any mind/body techniques to lose weight? Tell us about it!

I like to visualize myself choosing healthy foods and feeling good about exercise. Somehow I think that the more I can picture myself doing these things, the more apt I am to actually follow through.
