Hula hooping, a childhood classic, can be a great way for adults to lose weight and get in shape as well. All you need is a relatively inexpensive three pound weighted hula hoop (found in a local toy store) and you're on your way.

Do you hula hoop for exercise? If so, have you seen a positive change in either weight loss or body tone?

Do you have a hula hoop routine to share?
