Topic: Listening to Your Body-
ShelleyN, Jul 22 2008 6:38 pm97 words

People with diabetes must monitor their bodies for differences that may mean something is wrong. Sometimes the signs of both high and low blood sugar are subtle and not easy to pick up on at first.

Do you think you have a heightened sense of listening to your body since you were diagnosed?

What signs and symptoms usually catch your attention first to tell you something is not quite right?

Is your sense of your body's sugar levels usually accurate? That is, if you think your blood sugar is high, is that feeling usually confirmed with testing?
