Topic: Testing Your Blood Sugar Levels-
ShelleyN, Jul 2 2008 4:45 pm128 words

Testing your blood to see what your blood sugar level is can be an important part of controlling your diabetes. Most people do this multiple times during the day and rely on the readings they get.

Did you find it difficult to test your blood at first? What were the issues you had with it and how did you overcome them?

Do you chart your readings over time to see trends, or do you just look at one reading at a time?

Do you test at the same times every day, or do you vary it? If you vary it, what prompts you to test?

Do you have any tips or tricks to pass along to those new to testing? What has made the process easier for you?
