Topic: Blame eating on stress!-
LynnGr, Jun 12 2008 5:54 pm77 words

Many of us eat due to emotions instead of hunger. You know the feeling: you're bored and eating is a favorite activity. You're angry at your boss, but instead of scheduling a meeting to discuss the situation you grab a bag of cookies for a snack instead of the apple you brought with you. How do you reign in your emotions and stick to your healthy eating habits? What helps you deal with emotions without using food?
