Topic: Fiber, fat and weight loss-
tinap1, Jun 12 2008 4:44 pm81 words

You've all probably heard that counting calories and carbs is the way to go when trying to lose weight. What isn't out there as much is the important role that fiber and limiting calories from fat play in weight loss, especially for type 2 diabetics.

Is your diet high in fiber? If so, has it helped you lose weight?

How do you select low-fat foods?

Have you seen any difference in your weight by both lowering fat intake and increasing fiber?
