Sugar and high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) have the same amount of calories, so why do I keep hearing that HFCS is so bad?
One may spike ones nos. more than the other depending on the individual body? I don't know, just a guess. I know, I have seen the same commercial on TV.
I wonder if that's it - a different effect on blood sugar levels?
