Topic: Indulging a sweet tooth-
tinap1, May 3 2009 8:27 am45 words

I have a sweet tooth and have been trying to avoid sweets altogether while trying to lose weight. I know in the long run this is an unrealistic strategy. Does anyone have tips on how to indulge a sweet tooth while trying to lose weight?

Sugar Free Jello pudding with a bit of cool whip is a nice treat to sastify that sweet tooth.

If you like jello then sugar free jello is a good treat too. I personally don't like jello at all.

Fruit is another good option.

Cakesters now come in 100's packets

When I was in the hospital they served a sugar free cheesecake which was wonderful.

Crystal lite pie is also good.

I've gotten to the point where I can eat 1 ounce of dark chocolate every few days to satisfy my sweet tooth. I just need to make sure I eat it at a time when I can sit and truly enjoy it - and not just wolf it down :)
