Topic: Do your friends influence your weight?-
tinap1, Apr 25 2009 9:31 am86 words

Researchers in Colorado who are tracking some people's family and social circles are finding that how one spends their social time with friends and family has a large impact on weight and activity level. So, if you are more apt to go to happy hour with one group of friends versus going for a bike ride, this will eventually contribute to weight gain. I can definitely see how this could happen. Has anyone experienced weight gain or loss by hanging out within a certain social circle?
