Topic: How much exercise is necessary to lose weight?-

In the ongoing debate about how much exercise is necessary to lose weight and keep it off, updated guidelines have been issued by the American College of Sports Medicine. The guidelines state that 50 minutes of exercise five days a week is what is necessary to battle weight gain. What do you think about these updated guidelines?
