Topic: Ways to curb weekend binging-

When Friday rolls around, I start to think about which day during the weekend I can eat whatever I want. I decided I needed to do something to get out of this negative mindset, so I started wearing the jeans I've recently been able to fit into on Fridays. This gives me a reality check since getting into these jeans was my first weight loss goal. Does anyone else have any tricks to help curb weekend binging?

I've noticed on weekends I'm really busy I eat far less than on weekends where I spent a lot of time in the recliner.

On Saturdays I spend with my granddaughter I don't eat a lot.
She's still young enough to enjoy the caurosel and eating at the food court.
Yep you can find food that fit's into your plan at the food court.

She doesn't visit every Saturday so I think I will begin going to the pool on Saturdays I don't have her.
That will certainly keep me busy

So my key is staying busy.

After church on Sundays I like to take an afternoon nap. That certainly keep me from overeating.

This weekend I'm going to have to go in to work and work on paperwork.
I hate doing it and I stress eat.
Once this particular paperwork is completed I will have to begin on another type of paperwork.

So does anyone know of some ways to stop stress eating?
