Since I work from home, I find that if I feel full, I won't get up and wander into the kitchen and randomly raid the refrigerator during the day. Does anyone have good mid-morning snack ideas that will fill me up until lunchtime?
I have 4-6 oz of non-fat yogurt and a couple of graham crackers in the morning and in the afternoon I have a cheese stick and a granola bar.
That sounds good.
