My friend who is a nutritionist sat down with me to go over my diet, because although I swore that I was doing everything right, the scale was still not moving. I was surprised to find out that many of the weight loss strategies I'd been using were actually keeping me from losing weight. For example, I was banking my calories until later in the day when I would eat more than I thought during a large supper or late lunch. Does anyone have other weight loss strategies that have backfired? |
