I spend so much time each day on eating well and medical care, not to mention all of the other daily stressors such as work, carpooling and getting dinner on the table, that it's hard to fit in any personal time for myself and the things I enjoy doing. I'm curious how many people actually take precious "me" time everyday to do a favorite activity, to unwind or just have some personal time alone. If anyone is successful at it, I'd love to hear how you do it. |
