Topic: Tips on burning extra calories-

I like to try to burn calories throughout the day by adding in some simple things while I'm watching TV or doing housework. I also get out and take a couple of "walking breaks" while I'm working everyday instead of coffee breaks to get my body moving. Any other tips on how I can burn more calories each day in addition to exercise?
