Topic: Sticking to a daily or weekly exercise plan-

A few of my friends who've lost weight and kept it off have a weekly exercise plan and stick to it no matter what. I know that's the key to success in keeping the weight off and I'm always looking for new ways to build exercise into my daily routine. Does anyone have a daily or weekly exercise plan to share?

Nights are my days and sometimes I sleep half the day, or at least grab a few naps. I've become so antisocial in this backwater pueblucho. I'm smoking too much but sure getting a ton of reading done! In fact, I'd say that I'm more than caught up - I'm chockful and overflowing! I just don't have anyone around to share all the new info with. If I can survive just six more months, I'll be home free.
