Topic: Saturated fat question-
LynnGr, Dec 8 2008 7:34 pm37 words

I hear a lot about the dangers of eating too much saturated fat, particularly to our heart. Are there any foods high in saturated fat that you choose to eat in smaller portions, or to skip entirely?

Saturated fats usually come from animal products-high fat cheeses, whole milk, meat products. That is why you should aim to choose lower fat versions of these items- reduced fat cheese, non-fat milk, fish and non-red meat types of protein.

Are there any high-saturated fat foods that you think we should avoid completely?
