Topic: Foods low in energy density and weight loss-
tinap1, Nov 11 2008 3:10 pm81 words

One way to lose weight is to choose foods low in energy density. For example, desserts, candies and processed foods, are high in energy density. This means that a small volume of that food has a large number of calories, whereas foods with high water content and fiber such as fruits and vegetables have low energy density, making them less calorie-packed. Do any of you follow a low energy dense diet? If so, has it helped with your weight loss efforts?
