Topic: Foods that heal-
tinap1, Oct 28 2008 9:51 am54 words

Many experts agree that what we put in our mouths has a direct impact on both physical and emotional well-being. Certain foods such as teas, soups and chocolate are also known for their healing, soothing and mood lifting properties. Do you use food to impact your physical well-being?What foods do you use to self-soothe?

Foods like apples that they say can protect your heart, honey, which supposedly heals wounds and broccoli, which can strengthen bones, among other things. Do you eat any certain foods with these properties with the goal of healing or soothing? Did you find any that work for you? Teas are a great example.
