Topic: Can I eat out and still lose weight?-

Is it possible to eat out regularly and still lose weight? There are several books written on this topic, yet over and over I hear people complain that it's impossible to eat out and stick to a lower calorie food plan. What is your experience eating out and losing weight?

I eat out all the time, maybe 5 days a week. A lot of fishes, mexican food, oriental. As good salad with tomatoes (a power veggie), and peeling some of the 'breads' of maybe a too tall burger helps. Watch the fast food burgers, they seem to amp things up a lot.

Those are great ideas! How do you handle the often large portion sizes served in many restaurants?
