Topic: How do you handle the "food police?"-
tinap1, Sep 24 2008 1:10 pm75 words

We all have those well-meaning colleagues, family members who know we're living with diabetes that often give us advice. They often don't know enough to give correct advice and they think they are helping us by telling us we shouldn't eat dessert and can only eat sugar-free foods.

Do you have any people in your life that think they need to monitor your food intake?

How do you educate them about outdated ways of thinking?
