Topic: Being consistent with exercise-

Being consistent about when you exercise can play a big role in staying motivated and meeting weight loss goals. Experts say that if you're on a consistent workout schedule, your body's hormones adjust so that you train most efficiently - and with the least fatigue - at that particular time of day. Some of us feel more energetic in the morning, others later in the afternoon.

When you do like to workout?

Have you noticed that being consistent helped you maintain an exercise regimen?

I prefer to work out in the morning, because it's a great start to my day and nothing gets in the way. However, during the winter I often shift my outdoors exercise to mid-day, when it's a bit warmer. It's more difficult sometimes to plan that, so I make sure I put it in my calendar.
