We've discussed ways to build exercise into your workday, but what about those of us with jobs that literally demand that we sit behind a desk all day long? It can be quite a challenge trying to be more active during a workday if you are confined to one area or seated next to a group of people (and if you're a receptionist, it's especially difficult!).
